About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager to lead the operations of our Circular Solution Centre in Eagle Farm. This leadership role is responsible for managing all remanufacturing activities, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and financial performance in line with SKF’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will drive productivity, manage key customer relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary team while ensuring SKF’s standards in quality, EHS, and business integrity are upheld.

About You:
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline and bring proven leadership experience in managing mechanical or remanufacturing operations. A strong understanding of bearing remanufacturing processes, along with familiarity with SKF technologies, is essential. The role requires demonstrated expertise in business development and financial management, as well as proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are expected, alongside a solid grasp of EHS practices and regulatory compliance. A valid Australian driver’s license and a forklift license are required, while additional certifications in HSE or Quality Management will be highly regarded.
