Your Mission:

Join our dynamic team in revolutionizing the FinTech landscape! Play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines on cloud-native infrastructure. As a DevOps Engineer, you will automate and oversee build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery for our innovative platforms. Your expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and automation will drive high-quality, reliable, and scalable deployments across our global FinTech solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
  • Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Oversee the release process, warranting high-quality software delivery with no disruption and downtime
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and enhancement

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role in DevOps
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD practices and tools, with focus on automated deployment pipeline
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Proficiency in scription languages for automation and system management
  • Automation-focused mindset, with the ability to implement continuous deployment strategies that ensure zero downtime during updates
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, paired with a collaborative and open-minded approach to working within cross-functional teams
  • English proficiency at a C1 level - other European languages are a plus
  • Valid work permit for Austria and availability to work in our office near Vienna at least 2 days a week

  • Competitive Compensation: Of course, you will receive a competitive compensation package, which we would be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons, we must provide the gross annual salary, which is based on the collective agreement and is approximately EUR 54.000, - (based on full-time 38.5 hours per week). We are willing to offer more than this starting salary, depending on your experience and qualifications.
