IT System administrator and application support (m/f/d)

You want to be the hero of IT! - Your job is to keep everything running! This includes operating the IT applications and keeping them up to date. You make sure that everyone can work easily, securely, and with high performance. Then become part of our IT Business Solution Team!

• Administration and support of company-wide IT applications
• Support in processing service requests, incidents & problems, and other inquiries from internal departments (mainly user and authorization management, service requests, user support of various IT applications, etc.)
• Configuration and monitoring of deployed IT applications
• Responsible for updates, patch processes, and security requirements (certificates, IIS, authentication, etc.) of the respective applications
• Implementation of upgrade projects
• Assistance with knowledge development, documentation, and transfer of new technologies to the support team

Requirements:

• Technical training with a focus on IT or professional experience in IT administration
• Confident handling of Microsoft Windows, Office programs, and Microsoft Server
• Ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured, and thorough working style
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Good written and spoken English skills

The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 44,800 (excluding overtime and benefits). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
