Part‑time (80‑100%)

Responsibilities

• As a member of our software organization, you will lead the security guild consisting of various product team members.
• You will provide the vision to enable secure solution design and establish the secure development lifecycle of Bachmann.
• As security lead, you will mentor and support the development teams and work together with different stakeholders and business leaders.
• You will conduct code reviews and maintain our secure coding guidelines.
• Track, manage, and communicate security vulnerabilities together with the security guild and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating secure software products.
• Proficient understanding of threat modelling and secure design principles.
• Have a completed technical qualification (HTL, FH/Uni).
• Ideally knowledge about security standards like IEC-62443 or similar.
• You will contribute to a resource‑saving world in an international high‑tech company.
