Salesforce Developer (Banking/Finance/nCino)

Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integrations.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to nCino considered an added advantage.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet banking and financial services requirements, including the implementation of lending-related workflows and process automations.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems across the financial ecosystem, ensure high code quality through unit testing and troubleshooting.
• Proven domain experience in Banking or Financial Services, with a strong focus on Lending.
• Hands‑on experience with nCino is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments, supported by excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and nCino certifications, along with experience working in Agile delivery models.
