Transfer Pricing Expert (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include

• serving as the central point of contact for all tax-related matters of the group companies, with a particular focus on transfer pricing
• being responsible for the annual preparation of transfer pricing documentation (especially Master and Local Files) in collaboration with international transfer pricing advisors
• monitoring tax developments and identifying tax risks and opportunities, as well as adjusting tax processes to align with changing legal frameworks
• updating intercompany charges quarterly, including calculating hourly rates and preparing/reviewing tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT)
• engaging in and driving forward national and international projects and issues
• coordinating internally the collection of data and information from relevant departments

The following will make you succeed in this role

• successfully completed degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Taxation or a related field
• proven professional experience in a similar role, ideally within an international corporation or a Big Four accounting firm
• extensive expertise in national and international transfer pricing, with a strong affinity for controlling and international tax law
• highly autonomous work approach, with the ability to independently acquire knowledge in unfamiliar subject areas
• excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong process-oriented and holistic mindset
• fluency in German and English, including negotiation-level proficiency in both languages
