Job Opportunity: Client Service Officer / Client Service Manager

We are collaborating with a client that has been operating for over 30 years, with multiple offices across Australia. The team is high-performing and supportive, providing opportunities for self-improvement and career progression within financial services. Some staff have advanced to senior roles, paraplanners, associates, or successful advisers.

We are currently recruiting a CSO / CSM to support a Senior Financial Advisor. All levels of experience are welcome, from 2 to 20+ years.

About the role:

• Main point of contact for clients and arranging client meetings
• Supporting client annual reviews and meeting preparations
• Completing documentation for SOA implementations
• Preparing portfolios and reports
• Assisting advisers with research when required

About you:

• 2 to 20+ years’ experience in Financial Services
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
• Excellent administrative and computer skills
