We're looking for a Global Marketing Campaign Manager who blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you'll lead multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that drive product adoption, customer growth, and marketing impact across global markets.
Your Mission
As the Global Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll turn global strategy into measurable marketing impact. You’ll design and deliver data-driven campaigns that fuel growth and drive customer value, while ensuring regional alignment and execution consistency.
What you'll be doing
- Drive the strategy and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with global business goals to acquire new customers, boost upselling, retention, and product adoption.
- Coordinate and execute global marketing campaigns centrally or in partnership with regional marketing managers, including both direct campaigns and indirect initiatives via sales partners.
- Design innovative engagement and nurturing programs that span the full customer lifecycle, ensuring a strong customer experience and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Develop and launch migration and competitive campaigns in collaboration with regional stakeholders. Share insights, learnings, and best practices to align efforts between global and regional teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the creation and execution of campaign assets, ensuring content remains relevant and up to date.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across the lifecycle, using dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, highlight results, and inform strategy refinements.
- Regularly share insights with the global marketing team to drive continuous improvement and future campaign optimization.
What you bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS; legal or healthcare industry background is a strong plus
- Proven track record in integrated, multi-channel campaigns for lead generation, upselling, retention, and adoption
- Experienced in coordinating global marketing efforts, aligning central strategy with regional execution
- Strong grasp of the full customer journey, with the ability to tailor strategies by region, persona, and lifecycle stage
- Expert in setting up and optimizing end-to-end campaign workflows in CRM systems such as Salesforce, with experience in leveraging email automation and in-app messaging to create integrated, scalable customer journeys and robust reporting
- Data-driven, with experience analyzing KPIs and running A/B tests to improve performance
- Skilled in applying market, audience, and competitive insights to refine targeting and messaging
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German skills advantageous
What we offer
- In accordance with the collective agreement for the Electrical- and Electronics Industry, the minimum base salary for this role is €63 217,70 gross per year. The actual compensation package will be based on your experience and qualifications
