We are looking for a Clinical Engagement Manager DACH & CEE (m/f/d).
What you’ll do:
- Clinical Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive clinical engagement strategy, including tailored clinical activation plans for the region. Lead the development of case studies, quality improvement projects, and small-scale clinical studies to demonstrate product effectiveness.
- KOL Network Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influential KOLs in wound care and surgical specialties to enhance clinical collaboration and advocacy. Build long-term partnerships with regional and global KOLs, and contribute to advisory and consultative boards.
- Professional Education Initiatives: Develop and manage an educational calendar to expand knowledge and support business growth within the clinical community.
- Clinical Thought Leadership & Innovation: Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging innovations, ensuring clinical insights guide product development and commercialization. Establish yourself as the company’s wound care expert and guide clinical initiatives.
- Internal Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary clinical contact for internal teams, providing support and expertise. Represent the clinical voice within the DACH & CEE leadership team and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align clinical evidence with commercial goals.
- Evidence Dissemination: Share key clinical evidence and insights proactively with stakeholders to support product adoption and market positioning.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the local clinical budget and ensure effective implementation of planned activities.
What you’ll need:
- Advanced university degree in Life Sciences
- Strong knowledge of wound care
- Experience in medical affairs or equivalent, plus sales experience
- Ability to analyze scientific data and publications
- Credibility with healthcare professionals and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills; confident external speaker
- Strong commercial mindset and project management skills
- Collaborative, proactive, goal-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel regionally (at least 50%)
