Overview

As an IT Systems Engineer, you are responsible for technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and system maintenance. You will support our customers with IT issues and implement new IT security systems. You will work closely with the project management team, customers in Austria, and IT equipment suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the network infrastructure at the customer
  • Setting up and managing firewalls
  • Interner IT-Support
  • Introduction of security measures for networks and definition of the associated standards
  • Creating Windows Server images for OEM installations
  • General troubleshooting for IT issues
  • Database management

Your profile

  • Completed IT-related training (e.g. HTL, FH or university) or relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in IT support is an advantage
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Fortinet certification is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity, networks and firewall configuration
  • High degree of customer orientation and solution-oriented working methods
  • Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 20%)

We offer a market-based salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collectively agreed minimum salary for this position is €2,471.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with market conditions and significantly above the collectively agreed minimum salary.
