About the role
Reporting to the National Clinical Head of Rural Pathways, you'll lead the delivery, strategy, and oversight of the PEP Programs—managing a team of 10+ medical educators and working closely with operations teams and engaging with national stakeholders.

As our Practice Experience Programs Director of Training, you'll also:

  • Ensure, through your leadership approach, effective operationalisation of the PEP programs.
  • Oversee program delivery, including education, assessment, and remediation
  • Drive strategy development, workforce planning, and program review
  • Collaborate with national leads to ensure high-quality, efficient program delivery
  • Mentor and support the medical education team to deliver the training program
Skills & Experience
  • RACGP Fellowship and current specialist GP registration
  • Proven leadership experience in medical education
  • Experience as an OSCE/RCE/CCE examiner
  • Strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills
