We are looking for a STORE MANAGER: INNEN (m/w/d) at JACK & JONES - Gerasdorf G3, full-time.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading personnel management and planning
2. Monitoring and analyzing KPIs
3. Preparing and placing clothing on the sales floor
4. Supporting visual merchandising
5. Proactive customer consulting
6. Independent and innovative work
7. Supporting daily store operations
8. Handling exchanges and complaints
9. Opening/closing the store and cash register reconciliation
10. Inventory management and execution

Qualifications:

1. Completed commercial training or relevant experience
2. Passion for fashion, trends, and sales
3. Reliability, punctuality, and diligence
4. Numerical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
5. Self-reliant, precise, and solution-oriented
6. Good German skills; English is a plus
7. Organizational talent and strong communication skills
8. Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas
9. Empathy, initiative, and positive attitude
