Robert Half Executive Search has been exclusively retained to identify an accomplished Technology Audit & Assurance professional for an Associate Director position, following a recent internal promotion.

The Role

As an Associate Director your primary focus will be executing and delivering IT Audit services, providing exceptional service to clients. Understanding the client's business needs and demonstrating technical expertise in their specific product group and industry will be crucial to achieving this.

Areas of focus for this IT Audit practice area include, but are not limited to:

• Cybersecurity
• Data Governance / Management
• Digital Transformation Programs / System Implementations
• Resilience including Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery
• Technology Governance and Risk Management
• Cloud Migration and Management.

Your Profile

An articulate and credible consulting professional, you will be a highly accomplished Associate Director or Senior Manager, within a Big 4 firm or boutique IT Consulting practice. Alternatively, you may currently be working in industry in an Audit related role and seeking a return to a consulting environment.

A track record of balancing execution / delivery activities with regular networking to uncover business opportunities will set you up for an outstanding career with this growing firm.

In addition, you will bring:

• Proven experience of leading and executing IT Audit engagements with a deep understanding of the challenges that organisations encounter around the use of existing and emerging technologies.
• Capability to manage the end to end process.
• Experience in contributing to growing revenues through leveraging your commercial contacts and diversifying the services offered to existing clients.
• Prior exposure to supervising in a team environment, coaching strong teams and fostering interpersonal connections.
