Full Professor of Information Systems and Applied AI

WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) is inviting applications for a Full Professor of Information Systems and Applied AI at the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management. The candidate should have an established international reputation in Business Information Systems, with focus areas such as AI/ML/Language Technologies, Business Process Management, Distributed Ledgers, and Token Economy, ideally in innovative applications. The position offers either a permanent or fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

Applicants should possess a doctorate and demonstrate outstanding qualifications, including a solid academic background in Business Information Systems or related areas, an international research reputation, excellent teaching skills in both German and English, and experience in research funding and leadership.
