Your tasks include:

  • Preparation of proposals and commercial offers in response to ITTs, either through active proposalmanagement or by supporting one of our Business Departements
  • Monitor international tendering platforms and support in the selection process
  • Liaise between business partners and GeoVille teams to coordinate bid processes
  • Administer key company documents (e.g. contract references, legal documents, CVs, etc.)
  • Maintain company information on online sourcing platforms
  • Understand GeoVille's products and services to support promotion and marketing
  • Targeted research to support the identification of new business opportunities
  • Preparation of contract documentation depending on the customer/partner relationship
  • Attend seminars and conferences to understand customer requirements and procurement plans
  • Depending on expertise: sales and offer management for satellite based image and data products

Your profile

You have a solid understanding of satellite-based data and space applications, ideally complemented by experience with public sector tendering procedures, including those of the European Commission and the European Space Agency. You fulfill the following requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant academic field (such as Natural Sciences, Geography or Earth Observation), education in Business Administration and/or development advantageous
  • Min. 3 years professional working experience in the satellite application sector, preferably in international business development
  • Excellent writing skills, including profound numeric (e.g., Excel) and graphical presentation (e.g.Power Point, Adobe Photoshop…) competences
  • Excellent command of English (C1) and preferably German language
  • Good organization and coordination skills
