Head of Sales – Cyber Security SaaS | Founder-Led | High-Growth Phase

Are you ready to lead sales for a high-potential, founder-led SaaS company in the cybersecurity space? Our client is a fast-growing cyber security SaaS business with strong deals in the pipeline, entering a growth phase with several enterprise clients. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead their commercial efforts and scale the business.

About the Role:

As Head of Sales, you will work closely with the founder and leadership team to shape the sales strategy and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales function, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share across enterprise accounts.
  3. Identify and engage with key decision-makers across Australia’s leading organizations.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market plans and commercial efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven success in enterprise sales within SaaS or the tech industry.
  2. Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, deal-focused approach.
  3. Experience in cybersecurity sales is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. A proactive, driven leader passionate about building scalable sales operations.
