The Financial Reporting Analyst (f/m/d) is responsible for reviewing the month-end close of group companies and handling various reporting tasks, including balances, intercompany transactions, and KPIs, for the holding company. In addition to month-end close activities, the role includes preparing IFRS reporting packages on a semi-annual basis, calculating supplier revenue shares, and communicating with the holding company on all matters related to month-end and year-end closing. The Financial Reporting Analyst also supports revenue recognition processes and acts as a key point of contact for the Accounting, Legal, Business Intelligence teams, and external auditors.

Your tasks

  • Review of month end close for subsidiaries of Greentube Group
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting team at parent company, Auditors) concerning monthly reporting process
  • Perform IFRS (monthly, half-year, year-end) reporting to parent company
  • Bi-yearly submission of IFRS reporting packages to parent company
  • Preparation of IFRS 16 overview and handling of contracts related to IFRS 16
  • Preparation of control of monthly supplier and revenue share calculations
  • Working on optimization and automation of calculation process
  • Contact person for internal and external stakeholders for calculation and invoicing process
  • Review of customer and supplier contracts and contract management within Finance team
  • Supporting revenue recognition process

Your profile

  • Graduated in economics or similar, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance (Audit, Reporting, Controlling)
  • Accounting knowledge is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in the field of BI-Tools and databases as an advantage
  • Accounting knowledge (UGB and IFRS)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Holistic thinking and pro-active approach
  • Team and solution oriented
  • Structured approach and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and desire to continuously learn
