How you will create an impact:

  • Design and implement end-to-end data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring data ingestion, storage, and governance
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for AI/ML solutions
  • Establish data management best practices for compliance, security, and high availability
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments for AI/ML applications
  • Define cloud strategy focusing on high availability, security, and cost-efficiency
  • Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models deployment
  • Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Establish MLOps practices, including feature store management and model monitoring
  • Transition prototypes into secure, high-performance production solutions
  • Implement system monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
  • Refine operational processes to improve scalability and resilience
  • Work with teams and clients to develop scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to foster operational excellence and innovation
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders

About you:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 in consulting, in cloud operations, data infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps
  • University degree in a relevant field; fluency in English and German
  • Proven success deploying production-grade data and AI/ML solutions
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture design
  • Strong expertise in DevOps, including CI/CD, containerization, and automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with high-availability environments for AI/ML workloads
  • Ability to implement monitoring, logging, and security practices
  • Track record of optimizing system performance and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects
