In your new role, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge power GaN technology within a state-of-the-art 300mm wafer production environment. We're looking for an experienced technical lead with strong project management skills who can drive collaboration and guide cross-functional teams with clarity in decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership and project management in a highly innovative and strategically important area at Infineon.

In your new job you will:

• Lead the development of a new generation power GaN wafer technology
• Be responsible for the technology project
• Contribute to new device concepts and process integration schemes for GaN HEMTs manufactured in a 300mm line
• Drive design activities of technology test chip
• Coordinate DoEs, tracking of development lots in the production line
• Collaborate with technical marketing on requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with wafer fab organization to develop new unit processes
• Be part of an international team of passionate and experienced engineers
• Provide technical advice for management decisions

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or comparable
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience as a project leader and technical lead in previous technology development projects
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductor process technology and device physics
• Knowledge in wide bandgap semiconductor technologies is a plus
• Certification in project management is a plus
• Knowledge of low/medium voltage power technologies and DC/DC power stages
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multi-cultural, multi-site and cross-functional teams
• Full English proficiency. German language skills are a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
