Position Summary

The Marketing Services team within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers through managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving digital payments. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and technology to provide strategic insights to clients across various industries globally, including banking, retail, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables and multiple workstreams across industries and project scopes.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients, leveraging technology and data.
• Maintain trusted relationships with client managers and act as a reliable partner.

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Develop business recommendations and deliver client presentations effectively.
• Organize and structure work for yourself and junior consultants, including preparing insights and presentations.
• Lead meetings and project management efforts, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with experience in marketing, digital campaigns, social media, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience managing tasks and workstreams in team environments, with clients or vendors.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills in English and German.
• Legal eligibility to work and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional marketing experience, including agency work, SEO/SEM, content creation, usability testing, print production, or supply chain management.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in developing solutions and measuring their impact.
• Leadership experience coaching junior staff.
• Industry expertise in product, sales, or marketing technology; MBA or master’s degree in marketing or digital fields is a plus.

Security Responsibilities

• Follow Mastercard’s security policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and report security issues.
• Complete mandatory security trainings.
