Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans and risk management plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including Design, Test, Characterization, Quality, Front End and Back End teams, and drive very ambitious short‑cycle schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and timelines fit into dynamic business needs.
• Analyze and resolve project‑related issues, using advanced problem‑solving skills and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and customers using active listening and conflict management skills.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• A university degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including GaN HEMT, IGBT, Diode and SiC technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, iProjEx and Jama.
• Strong understanding of quality and reliability standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with lean procedures and process improvements.
• Knowledge of document management, front‑end testing processes and data review.
• Experience with conflict management and negotiation.

Remuneration

Monthly salary: 3,568.05 EUR gross per month on a full‑time basis, paid 14 times per year. Higher compensation can be offered depending on expertise and skills.
