Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for managing website and conversion projects for renowned national and international hotels (from the 3* to 5*S segment) - from planning to successful handover.
  • You will always keep an eye on profitability, resources and budgets and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
  • You conduct concept and strategy workshops and moderate the exchange with customers, developers, designers and external agencies.
  • You bring in new ideas - especially in the areas of web innovation, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation.
  • You are responsible for solution-oriented and professional stakeholder and expectation management in web support and website projects.
  • You continuously analyze and optimize existing websites - with a focus on usability, conversion, performance and structure
  • You actively shape processes and standards in the team and develop them strategically - with a focus on innovation and team spirit.
  • You are committed to building and developing long-term customer relationships - e.g. as part of reviews, strategic consulting and key account management.

Your profile

  • Completed studies or training in the field of business administration, business informatics, media/communication design, tourism management or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively: Several years of professional experience in (web) project management - also as a career changer
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in the independent management of web projects, ideally in a digital agency or in a digital environment
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Jira or ClickUp is an advantage
  • Confident handling of CMS systems (e.g. WordPress, TYPO3, Craft CMS) as well as basic technical understanding (HTML, hosting, APIs, SEO) - understanding of the hotel industry's system landscape is not a must, but an advantage
  • Experience in working with developers and a good understanding of web processes
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and confidence in customer contact - even with complex issues
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of quality awareness
  • Interest or initial experience in the field of AI & automation of web processes
  • Enthusiasm for the hotel and tourism industry - ideally with a feel for its digital challenges
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills


Further information

  • Willingness to make occasional on-site appointments with customers
  • Gross monthly salary of at least € 2.857,14 € - on a full-time basis
