Test Engineer – A Growing FinTech - Linz, Austria

Headquartered in Linz, our client is redefining the future of FinTech, building next-generation solutions that blend AI and cloud computing to revolutionise financial services. Their platform enables real-time payments, automated wealth management, and embedded finance. They seek a Test Engineer to ensure the highest quality of their products, develop and drive a robust testing framework, and contribute to delivering secure, reliable financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a robust testing framework to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with MDs, CTOs, Development Managers, and business leaders to identify testing needs and acceptance criteria.
• Perform test planning, design, execution, and reporting across functional and non-functional areas.
• Participate in test strategy, risk assessment, and QA process improvements within an Agile or V-Model environment.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and test automation efforts (e.g., Selenium, API testing) as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in some or all of the following areas: Test Automation, Test Design, Test Management, Selenium, Postman, JIRA, ISTQB, Agile, V-Model, Scrum, CI/CD, Test Reporting, Quality Assurance, Regression Testing, UAT, Jenkins, Test Strategy, Functional Testing, Non-functional Testing, API Testing, Software QA.
• Full training available to fill gaps in skills as needed.
