You are passionate about online marketplaces and e-commerce and actively contribute to initiatives that drive online sales on Amazon and other marketplaces across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, the USA, Australia, and CEE.
You ensure retail-grade marketplace execution, including content quality, review and rating growth, brand consistency, and PPC/DSP excellence across platforms.
You contribute to pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategy to maximize marketplace profitability and brand positioning.
You establish and leverage online customer performance tracking, including Repeat Purchase Rate and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), enabling granular customer targeting and data-driven growth across online marketplaces.
You stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, keeping waterdrop® consistently ahead of the curve in marketplace innovation and performance.
You take ownership of your domain, drive initiatives independently, and continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and scale impact.
You significantly support demand planning and help ensure stock availability across key marketplaces.
You work closely with cross-functional teams, including growth marketing, tech specialists, logistics, purchasing, product managers, online operations managers, retention experts, and data analysts, to successfully execute marketplace strategies and meet performance targets.
You manage marketplaces with a contribution-margin mindset, balancing growth, advertising efficiency, and long-term customer value.
You identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and process improvement to scale marketplace operations efficiently.
3-5 years of experience in managing E-Commerce stores, Amazon accounts or other marketplaces. Experience running your own marketplace account or E-Commerce store is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of project management, including hands‑on experience with tools such as Excel, Sellerboard (or similar), and Helium 10 (or similar).
A degree or relevant education in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
A proactive, hands‑on mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.
Entrepreneurial experience or working in a fast‑growing startup is a big plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
