We are seeking applications for a Business Manager – Web Development to lead and coordinate a small team of offshore developers. The role is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing the successful delivery of websites and digital assets, and ensuring seamless collaboration with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s web development services and client portfolio.
2. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of websites and digital assets, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
3. Remote Team Leadership: Effectively manage and support a team of offshore developers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
4. Client Relationship Management: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide strategic guidance, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of coding, design, and functionality across all web/digital development projects.
6. Business Management: Design and manage effective workflows, processes, and reporting mechanisms; liaise with internal functions to ensure strong financial management including job pricing, project controls, invoicing, etc.
7. Market & Technology Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and delivery and marketing platforms to ensure current/best practice solutions for clients.
