About the Role
- Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings
About You
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing your own portfolio
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Professional presentation and a commitment to service
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client care
