Senior Sales Manager

Are you an accomplished sales professional, wanting to contribute to the business success story of a well-established manufacturing brand, with a strong legacy and tradition in producing high-quality seamless stainless steel tubes? We are in the midst of transforming the well-established and traditional company Schoeller Bleckmann Edelstahlrohr GmbH, located in Ternitz, Austria, into a new market of premium products, while benefiting from our adherence to and the strong background of the TUBACEX group!

Do you feel comfortable with following responsibilities?

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets and segments.
2. Visit existing and new international customers, as well as potential customers to foster strong relationships.
3. Participate in client meetings to clarify technical specifications and requirements.
4. Preparation and review of offers, order processing, delivery coordination, as well as cost entry and cost control in SAP.
5. Act as coordination interface between external and internal contact points.
6. Invest your experience and knowledge into the development of Sales Tools.

What we would like to see in you:

1. Advanced education in a technical field (master's or bachelor's).
2. At least 8 years of experience in sales within an industrial area.
3. Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
4. Comfortable in working with MS Office.
5. Experience with SAP and 'Salesforce' would be considered beneficial.
6. Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
7. Resilience, 'out of the box thinking', flexibility, and commitment.
