About The Role

The Implementation Specialist installs products and services, interacts frequently with customers, and works independently with a solid understanding of products, technologies, and processes related to the assigned Application plan. Responsibilities include installing a wide range of products, ensuring technical compatibility, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, along with a customer-focused attitude.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

1. Demonstrate understanding of products, related technologies (hardware and software), and the Application process.
2. Execute assigned deliverables independently, including customer meetings on-site and remotely.
3. Coordinate with the Project Management Office during all project phases, including installation and training.
4. Provide general training on products and technologies.
5. Collaborate with the team to integrate products/services with customer systems and processes.
6. Develop knowledge and skills in Product Application, expanding fundamental and advanced knowledge.
7. Support existing customers technically, both on-site and remotely.
8. Perform hardware and software repairs on customer sites.
9. Conduct preventive maintenance activities on customer sites.
10. Communicate technical information effectively and ensure understanding.
11. Pay attention to detail in reporting and quality assurance.
12. Understand change management processes and tools, recognizing their impact.
13. Communicate effectively with customers, listening to their needs and acting accordingly.

About You

• Technical/IT background with experience in virtual platforms and networking systems.
• Experience with project delivery using SDLC methodology.
• Proficiency in technical project documentation.
• Deep technical knowledge supporting proprietary and standard applications, with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high customer service levels. Strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned region and support within Central Europe.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages like Nordic languages or Polish are a plus.
