We are currently hiring a Technical Trainer for our client who is an international leader and trendsetter when it comes to access, visitor and guest management.

What You Will be Doing

• Conducting training for customers and employees on our software solutions and products (online and on-site);
• Analysis of customer requirements/customer feedback for the further development of training concepts;
• Creation and maintenance of training materials and e-learning content in the form of videos and texts;
• Collaboration and communication with internal teams (development, support, sales, project management);
• Independent and continuous professional and practical training as well as regular professional exchange with internal departments.

What We're Looking For

• Sound technical training (HTL/FH or comparable qualification);
• Practical experience in the training field would be desirable;
• Confident appearance in front of large groups of people;
• Rhetorical and didactic skills;
• Organizational skills, customer orientation and flexibility;
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills;
• Knowledge in the field of video editing is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel and driving license B
