You’ll ensure the highest quality service, guide and mentor support workers, and work closely with participants, families, and other professionals.

About the ROLE

• Lead, guide, and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
• Build trust-based relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
• Oversee service plans and ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with NDIS and industry standards
• Tackle challenges and problem-solve with your team and external professionals for the best outcomes
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery
• Maintain clear communication, conduct regular team meetings, and help foster a positive team culture
• Monitor service delivery KPIs and work with leadership to meet targets

About YOU

• 5+ years’ experience in disability services leadership
• People-focused with excellent communication skills
• Organised and proactive in problem-solving
• Growth-oriented, committed to professional development
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with various systems
