Working on a freelance basis, you\'ll bring hands-on paid media expertise and deep football insight to both short-term activations and ongoing campaigns. From matchday moments to always-on performance work, you\'ll collaborate closely with LOOP\'s internal teams while operating independently, using data, creativity, and strategic thinking to drive measurable results.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Own Football-Focused Performance Work: Apply strong knowledge of football culture, leagues, players, and fan behavior to guide media decisions and campaign setups.
• Manage and Optimize Paid Media: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring efficiency and performance throughout projects.
• Turn Data into Action: Monitor KPIs, audiences, and results, translating performance data into clear insights and optimization opportunities.
• Support Reporting and Insights: Contribute to reports and presentations that make media performance understandable and relevant within a football context.
• Collaborate Seamlessly with LOOP Teams: Work closely with creatives, strategists, and analysts to align storytelling, media execution, and performance goals.
• Deliver Immediate Impact: Join LOOP as a freelancer for an initial engagement of approximately 1-3 months, contributing hands-on from day one.
• Operate Independently as a Freelancer: Take ownership of your scope, communicate confidently in client and internal touch points, and act as a reliable extension of the LOOP team.
