Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Plant Managers in sämtlichen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen

• Selbstständige Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen

• Reiseorganisation, Gästebetreuung und Besuchermanagement

• Verwaltung von Projekten, Schulungen und Leihpersonal

• Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe über Workflow-Systeme

• Verwaltung des Zulagensystems

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

• Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

• Sehr gute MS Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
