Your new responsibilities:

• Customer First: Prioritize customer satisfaction. Your competent advice helps convert seasonal customers into regulars.
• Advising: Help customers find the right equipment for their winter sports experience and ensure they feel well cared for and want to return.
• Service: Besides advising, you are responsible for the technical setup of equipment – enjoy this variety.
• Hands-on: Everyone helps out – from store managers to apprentices, actively participating in daily operations and supporting at the checkout when needed.
