Linux Administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Plan, operate and monitor hybrid infrastructure (cloud/on-premises)
  • Develop and document best practice procedures for deployment and maintenance
  • Drive continuous monitoring and optimisation of system performance and resource usage
  • Increase automation and shift to infrastructure as code
  • Containerize & automate workflows and products
• Strengthen overall security, especially endpoint protection
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively enhance infrastructure efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable architectures

Qualifications

• Experienced in supporting operational server systems
• LPIC, Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes certifications preferred
• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge; interest in Kubernetes or configuration management specialization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git
• Advanced Linux skills
• Proficient in English, conversational German advantageous
