With Retail Zoo’s brands continuing to expand, we require the services of a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing within our Boost Juice Brand!
Reporting to the Managing Director - Boost Juice, the Head of Marketing will be in charge of driving the strategic vision and brand activity to grow sales and further develop the Boost brand.
In a nutshell, you will be:
- Use insights, collected via market research and competitive analysis, to underpin marketing strategy and menu enhancements.
- Drive ‘brand love’ for Boost and ensure the brand maintains its market-leading position.
- Work alongside agency partners and internal teams to develop relevant social content aligned to brand strategy and national campaigns.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform the marketing strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee brand and content development, including but not limited to social media, PR, collaborations (including licensing), events, in-store, website, app development, digipos, packaging, and visual merchandising, while adhering to brand values and principles.
- Oversee the execution of new menu rollouts and pricing updates across all relevant channels (print and digital), while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements with regard to NIPs and allergens.
- Lead, guide, and develop the Boost Marketing Team.
- Effectively negotiate with suppliers and partners to achieve commercially sound outcomes.
- Understand the economics of store and partner profitability and factor this in decision making.
- Keep the organisation’s vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.
- Foster a team culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity.
We think the candidate of our dreams will have:
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the food and beverage or retail industries.
- Proven understanding of marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience working with LTO's and similar marketing campaigns.
- Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, budgeting, and performance reporting.
