Salary: $95,200 - $100,800 + Commissions + Paid Parking
Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
WFH: Up to 2 days per week once settled

About the Role
Due to company growth, this agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of 150–170 local properties.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated team including administration, and department head assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants - without the burnout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a clean, well‑organised portfolio of local properties
- Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships
- Oversee maintenance, leasing, and routine inspections with admin support
- Ensure compliance and service excellence across all touchpoints
