Overview
Alium Works, in partnership with a high-profile international client, is seeking two experienced and resilient Senior HSE Advisors to join a dynamic project delivery team. These roles will work across nationally significant infrastructure, energy, and data centre projects, leading safety outcomes on large-scale, fast-paced construction and commissioning works.
As a key member of the safety leadership team, you will take ownership of developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE systems, while building strong relationships in a complex stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver project-specific safety systems and initiatives aligned with Alium Works’ and our customer's HSE frameworks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the annual OHS Management Plan and project-specific Safety Management Systems.
- Engage and collaborate with contractors, clients, and delivery partners to embed a safety-first culture.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions.
- Manage high-risk activities and support project teams in identifying and mitigating critical risks.
- Coach and guide site teams to lift safety maturity and improve performance outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with legislative, regulatory, and client-specific safety requirements.
- Prepare and deliver reports to Alium Works and Schneider Electric HSE management teams.
- Maintain a strong site presence, supporting conflict resolution and de-escalation where required.
- Work flexibly across multiple sites, with some interstate travel.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to a broader team.
- Formal WHS qualifications (Diploma or higher) or equivalent industry experience.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, including interstate as required.
