Senior Project Manager (f/m/div)

You will lead complex, international projects that shape the next generation of semiconductor solutions. Your new key responsibilities include:

• Driving project planning and execution in close cooperation with business counterparts, R&D teams, and the Project Owner
• Taking full ownership of project success, ensuring execution excellence while meeting cost, quality, and timeline objectives
• Acting as a key interface to upper management, with high visibility and strategic importance to future revenue streams
• Enabling innovation in cutting-edge applications, from AI-driven systems to next-generation robotics and data centers
• Applying outstanding risk management practices in fast-paced development environments
• Fostering strong customer orientation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions that meet real-world needs

You are a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for technology-driven markets. You are a great fit for this role if you have:

• A university degree in a technical field (preferably Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, international organizations – semiconductor industry experience is a strong plus
• Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects, ideally in dynamic and innovation-driven environments
• A hands-on, customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional, multicultural settings
• Full proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
