Test Engineer - Radiological Devices

Job Description

1. Creation and execution of test plans & reports
2. Reporting and tracking of identified software issues
3. Assisting in usability design in software
4. Managing customer feedback and expectations
5. Handling customer complaints and supervising solution finding
6. User-level usability testing and application training for customers and employees
7. Development and documentation of training materials focusing on clinical workflows and device calibrations
8. Collaboration within the company to develop and improve high-tech medical devices for radiotherapy

Qualifications

• Background in usage or handling of medical devices is preferred
• Experience in software testing is a plus but not required
• University degree or equivalent practical experience
• Native or professional proficiency in English
• Some experience in application within the medical technology industry is ideal
• Passion for resourceful and creative problem-solving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a motivated, enthusiastic team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building relationships
