IoT Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Technical IoT expert support for our sepioo hardware and software products
• Problem analysis, processing, and follow-up of customer and partner requests
• Reproduction of errors and customer-specific use cases
• Close collaboration with the development, DevOps, and QA teams
• Assisting in building a support organization, including tools, processes, and personnel

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support for hardware/software or in software development

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
• Excellent analytical and structured working abilities
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with strong problem-solving skills

Languages:

• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken

The minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position is €3,843, with potential overpayment depending on qualifications.
