Position SummaryOverall, the job purpose is to coordinate work between Jet Aviation and customers.
Main Responsibilities- Manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance customer relations and coordinate all AOG events.
- Prepare, check, or coordinate all maintenance projects, including procedures and parts provision.
- Evaluate risks proactively and communicate with customers accordingly.
- Hand over the aircraft to the customer at entry.
- Provide accurate and regular technical and financial updates to customers, including itemized updates and quotes.
- Manage downpayment requests and follow payments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Review work reports and CRS, and clean up projects after maintenance.
- Coordinate customer visits and hospitality activities on site for projects.
- Support production supervisors and leaders during maintenance events.
- Coordinate with OEMs for engineering requests and technical support.
- Print computerized maintenance system cards and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
- Review and revise maintenance schedules as required.
- Assist billing department with invoices and warranty claims.
- Handle customer disputes.
Minimum Requirements- College degree required.
- Several years of experience in technical administration.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in aviation; knowledge of Gulfstream and Bombardier is advantageous.
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CMP, CAMP (preferred).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Valid driving license and clean criminal record.
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit.
