Your work will enhance the web hosting platforms of netcup and Anexia, powering hundreds of thousands of domains. You’re not afraid of direct customer contact, you’re a Linux expert, and you want to help shape the future of our web hosting environments? Perfect! #PROFILE

• Operation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux- and Plesk-based web hosting systems for netcup and Anexia
• Further development and optimization of the hosting platforms (stability, security, performance)
• Implementation of improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Close collaboration with colleagues and clients, with an indirect impact on services used by tens of thousands of users
• Support in incident management: troubleshooting, resolution, and sustainable prevention
• Participation in feature rollouts and platform enhancements
• Technical handling of incoming customer requests (focus on web hosting, primarily written communication)

#WANTED

• Completed education or relevant professional experience in a comparable IT-focused position
• Expert-level Linux skills (preferably Debian / Ubuntu or related derivatives)
• Experience with Plesk, particularly in combination with automation tools (e.g., CLI tools, API)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation frameworks (Ansible)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills
• Systematic and analytical mindset with an independent work style
• Strong teamwork skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
• Excellent German and good English skills
