Your mission

As an IT Administrator, you are responsible for our entire IT service landscape – from strategic planning and operational support to infrastructure, security, and procurement. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and our tech team to keep everything running smoothly.

What your week looks like

  • Level 1–2 Support: Handle requests from our internal team
  • Linux Admin for DevOps Tickets: Support the Dev Team with internal technical requests.
  • Hardware Management & Onboarding: Prepare, replace, and manage hardware for new and existing team members.
  • Software Packaging: Help deploy and maintain software for the entire team
  • IT Security: Assist in preparing for IT audits, internal policies, and training sessions

Your playground

  • First- and Second-Level Support (and sometimes Third-Level): Be the main contact for all IT-related questions and ensure quick, sustainable solutions
  • Conference Solutions: Set up and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms to ensure seamless hybrid meetings
  • Device Management with Intune: Oversee all company hardware, from rollout and updates to inventory control
  • IT Onboarding: Make sure new team members are fully equipped and ready to go from day one
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and organize IT equipment and accessories, ensuring timely reorders when needed
  • Software Management & Packaging: Install, configure, and update software packages while supporting process automation
  • IT Policies: Actively contribute to the implementation and development of internal IT policies and ensure compliance

Is this you?

  • First professional experience in IT or as an IT Administrator, or solid technical know-how in cloud, networks, hardware, and security
  • Strong communication and service orientation with a hands-on, solution-driven mindset
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style with a sense of ownership for your tasks
  • Creative and pragmatic when it comes to solving challenges that others can’t crack
  • Able to stay calm and focused even under pressure, always keeping the needs of your colleagues in mind
  • Fluent in English (our team works internationally); German skills are an advantage
