Participate in the establishment of overseas subsidiaries.
Develop a financial accounting system for overseas subsidiaries in compliance with local regulations and group requirements, while managing overall tax and financial risks.
Assist in implementing and maintaining financial IT systems for overseas subsidiaries.
Oversee monthly closing processes and prepare various financial reports.
Act as a Finance Business Partner (BP) for overseas subsidiaries, gaining deep business insights to support decision-making, provide actionable recommendations, and drive issue resolution.
Develop corporate treasury plans and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Establish financial management policies and supervise daily operational workflows.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; overseas study experience is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of financial experience in multinational companies, with 2+ years of overseas work experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders. Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
Fluent in English (working proficiency). Adaptability to long-term overseas assignments and time zone differences.
