This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge automotive technologies. Apply now to become part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and RTL coding of complex digital blocks for automotive microcontroller IPs
  • Own microarchitecture design and specification based on system-level requirements
  • Perform synthesis, static timing analysis, and power/performance optimization, collaborating closely with the physical design team to achieve design closure
  • Work with verification teams to ensure block-level and system-level verification, addressing any issues identified
  • Ensure designs comply with ISO 26262 and other automotive safety standards, implementing safety mechanisms as required
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to design, timing, or functionality
  • Mentor junior engineers, enabling their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Contribute to the development of scalable, reusable IPs to meet platform and project needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system architects, software engineers, and validation teams, to ensure seamless product integration

You are best equipped for this task if you have

  • A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on automotive or safety-critical systems
  • Proficiency in RTL coding using Verilog or VHDL
  • Strong knowledge of synthesis, STA (static timing analysis), and power/performance trade-offs
  • Experience with debug tools and familiarity with simulation/emulation methodologies
  • Knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262) and experience implementing safety mechanisms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams
  • Proficiency in English

Advantage

  • Experience with low-power design techniques and DFT (Design for Testability)
  • Familiarity with power management of microcontrollers and system-level design requirements
