IoT Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Technical IoT expert support for our sepioo hardware and software products
2. Problem analysis, processing, and follow-up of customer and partner requests
3. Reproduction of errors / customer-specific use cases
4. Close cooperation with the development, DevOps, and QA teams
5. Help build a support organization including tools, processes, and personnel

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support for hardware and/or software or in software development

Skills/Abilities:

• Programming skills (C#, Java, scripting languages) are desirable
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with excellent problem-solving skills

Languages:

• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken

For this position, a minimum gross monthly salary of €3,843 applies, with potential overpayment depending on qualifications (full-time basis).
