This is a contract opportunity in which you will perform a 1-day customer QMS audit in Hart bei Graz, Austria. You are given the flexibility to accept or reject these assignments according to your own availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Virtual and Onsite Assessments: Evaluate supplier products and processes according to our client's stringent requirements using QuaSAR and ProBARtools.
  • QualityManagement System Audits: Assess suppliers' QMS against our client's QuaSAR QMS and ProBAR product quality requirements, ensuring procedures, work instructions, and documentation meet ourstandards.
  • InspectionVerification: Ensure inspection equipment and methodologies are capable of detecting defects, and validate in-process controls and records traceability.
  • ReportCompilation: Compile detailed assessment reports, incorporating evidence and documenting scores and identifiedgaps.
  • Collaborationand Communication: Work closely with suppliers and our client's internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure effective implementation of CAPAprocedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in quality engineering, with expertise in statistics, variability reduction, manufacturing methods, and dataanalysis. Strongknowledge of RCCA, failure analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • A degree in engineering or equivalentexperience.
  • Abilityto detect discrepancies and ensure thorough, accurate qualityassessments.
  • Effectiveverbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical informationclearly.
  • Proactiveapproach to identifying issues and drivingsolutions. Willingnessto travel to supplier locations as required.

$1,200 - $1,500 one-time

Includes: Time spent preparing for the audit, traveling, performing the audit, writing the report, and responding to questions from our Content team of editors and the client until the report is finalized. Does not include following up on CAPA for any findings or reimbursement for travel expenses - expenses are reimbursed at cost with receipts per SQA travel policy. Note that SQA assists in audit preparation and proofreads all audit reports.
