Salary: EUR 4,932.90 gross per month (48 VwGr. B1)
Employment: Full‑time, 40 hours per week

Your Personal Sphere of Play

The Faculty of Psychology comprises the Dean's Office, a Student Service Center (SSC), four departments, and the Outpatient Unit for Research, Teaching and Practice (FLPA). The FLPA combines research, teaching and practical application in psychological diagnostics as well as clinical‑psychological and health‑psychological prevention and intervention across the lifespan.

Future Tasks

• Organize and manage day‑to‑day operations of the outpatient unit.
• Expand psychotherapeutic services offered by the unit and negotiate with health insurance companies.
• Provide professional supervision and support for existing areas/services of the FLPA (e.g., testing and counseling center).
• Plan specialised training and continuing education programmes.
• Conduct own psychotherapeutic services in the outpatient clinic, when applicable, in connection with practice‑oriented teaching.
• Optionally conduct own research.

Personality Requirements

• Degree in Psychology.
• Doctorate/PhD.
• Training as a psychotherapist in an evidence‑based method (preferably behavioural therapy).
• Experience in psychotherapeutic practice.
• Experience in a management position, preferably in a psychotherapeutic practice, outpatient clinic/unit or similar institution.

Desired Qualifications

• Research experience.
• Psychotherapeutic supervision.
• Willingness to engage in practice‑oriented teaching in psychotherapy.
