Your Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the development team as a key member.
  • Define project scope, set realistic deadlines, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Assign tasks to team members and review code to ensure quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Manage tools and resources efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and clients or stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Identify and address technical and team challenges proactively.
  • Oversee testing and bug fixing to ensure high quality.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and communicate your ideas and vision effectively.

Must have

  • Strong leadership ability to guide, inspire, and influence team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Self-motivation and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Decision-making skills considering all relevant factors.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing time and resources.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Technical skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Mobile Development.
  • Experience leading a development team.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Swift, and SwiftUI.

Nice to have:

  • Additional skills or experience that would be advantageous.
