International Sales Manager

Overview

Carbon Cleanup develops highly automated recycling robots for composite materials, enabling mobile, near-zero-emission processing, reuse, and distribution of high-performance recyclates. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an International Sales Manager (based in Traun, Austria).

Responsibilities

• Selling composite recycling machines and materials.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Active project management, from the initial customer inquiry to project completion.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and deliver presentations for customers and at industry events.
• Traveling to customer sites and trade shows (Europe, USA).

Profile

• Completed economic or technical education (HTL, University, University of Applied Sciences).
• At least 3 years of experience in sales—ideally in the composite materials industry, alternatively injection molding or large-format 3D printing.
• Passion for recycling and environmental technologies – you want to actively contribute to the circular economy.
• Strong communication skills – persuasive in direct exchanges and negotiations.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
